Our plant floor roots
Our journey began right on the plant floor. Over 20 years in Chicago manufacturing facilities, we witnessed firsthand what makes an industrial team hum with efficiency—and the heavy toll taken when the wrong candidate steps into a vital role.
We also noticed modern skilled workers shifting: today's machinists, welders, and technicians thrive on trust, autonomy, and respect. We established Amron Workforce Solutions to bridge this divide, pairing accountable craftspeople with plants where they can thrive long-term.

Respect directs how we operate on both sides of the hire. Most importantly, you pay purely for performance: our fee is billed only after your new hire has completed 30 successful days on the job.
